Welcome to the forum. It always helps if your photos are oriented properly instead of sideways. As it is, I can't quite tell what is going on (too much glare), but it looks like mechanical doubling to me.
Very interesting. A DDR is supposed to be impossible for so late a date but that "R" in "AMERICA" doesn't seem to know that. Let's see what some of the experts think.
