Ofcouse I can get one, but like most of us, I want to buy it at a decent of fair price. Sometimes we cant and I understand. I found this one listed, and was considering bidding. The pictures aren't the best, and I doubt his decriptions matches the condition 100%. My main concern is he is holding it with his bare hands, or in the palm of his hand. I don't think thats the best idea right? I still want the coin if it goes for the right price. It could all be in vain as it might get bid to the moon.
Holding a coin in the palm is alright provided the hands are clean. As far as the 1998 Libertad 1 oz. goes, that seems like the average price. Once in awhile you may get lucky and find one for a bit cheaper. In any case good luck in getting that key date.
I passed. If I really wanted to I can get a pristine one for about $250. If I can find one raw, for about the price this one went for knowing it hasn't been mishandled Id be in on it. Price is important but on a key date issue, I'd like to have a nice one, even if I have to pay a little more. The right one will come along eventually.
