    I don't see anything that indicates it is double struck.
    Looks like a normal struck Quarter o_O

    If you think you found a doubled die, it's always a good idea to check the following sites first.

    Edit to add:
    My bad, I thought you said doubled die.

    I don't see anything in your pics to indicate it was double struck

    What exactly are you seeing that leads you to believe it was double struck?
    I don't see any signs of it from the photos you've provided. Full Image may have helped.
