The arrow on the right on Abes forehead does look like a die crack. The one on the left is part of the design. I don't think it's "the" doubled ear. Better closeups would help.
nope it's not the doubled ear type . the doubled ear coins are easy to see if someone finds one , there is clearly a part of another ear below the ear.
