1997 penny double die?

    It's a 1997 Lincoln cent with no mint mark.
    I am fairly new at recognizing double dies and errors it looks to me like the date is doubled

    Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD). This and Machine Doubling (MD) are both called worthless doubling.
