I just came across a 1997 lincoln penny but the reverse side on the word America. Isn't the AM suppose to be a close AM?
If so why is it the this 1997 has a wide AM ?
I have searched online but i have found nothing on a 1997 wide AM on reverse side.
Can anyone tell me more about this and also if it does hold any value.
I am trying to load the photots i took but for some reason it won't load so i am sorry if you dont see any photos .

Without photos, you aren't going to get answers, so please try posting them again. Not sure what you are using to attempt to post them, but there are several ways you can include photos to your post. Are you using a phone, tablet, laptop?

I'm not aware of any wide/close AM issues with a 1997 cent. If that is an issue please someone let me know!!!! Look for Close AM on 1992 and wide AM on 1998, 1999, and 2000.
