1997 doubled ear found

Also I think I found the 1999 lol this one is hard but I circled what I think is the (dot)die marker for it.I also looked at another 1999 and it didn't have the anomaly.

Where did you reference it? VV has none, Lincoln Cent Resource has none and Wexler has 1 but with distinctive die markers.

 

These are my guides it says there from coin community.if you look and zoom at the top picture for the 99 it shows the same exact dot,might be a little different location wise.

 

The 1999 in the picture is NOTHING like yours @potty dollar 1878 .It's clearly a piece of an ear in the example but not on the OP's coin . Sorry .

 

The "dot" is a marker,made by a small gouge on the die. It needs to be exactly the same position.
