1997 D DDR ?

    Rodney Cole I do not keep foreign coins.

    Would this be considered a doubled die? If so this is a first for me, I have not come across this one before. I haven't found an attribution for this either. Whichever I think I will keep it just because it is not normal.

    Worn Die effect Issue IMO.
    Copper plated zinc Cents are the worst.
