Is this a nother stamped coin I've never seen one made like this one I have some but there your normal stamp coin. The liberty bell and the united States of America on one side the Bell on the other side found it in a roll of wheat pennies. But I've not seen this one around it's a new one own me.

Counter stamp.. Done way after it left the US Mint. Not a Mint Error of any kind. Just a damaged Cent. It does not matter if it is a N or a Z.

The correct term is counter stamped. They do have value. Yours is on a 1996 coin so the value will be low and the coin has a spot of zinc rot which doesn’t help. Counter stamps on older coins can get expensive. Some of them are very rare.
