1996-P Washington Quarter Trail Die

Looks like a hand and arm.(or am I seeing things?)

 

looks like something to the right of the y and below it.

 

Look like there is a good possibility those are trails. Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I'm pretty sure that with most forms of die deterioration, the die flow lines run radial to the rim. These all appear to run the same direction (350 degrees +\-).
