    I am not sure I see a clashed die.
    Deteriorated dies yes.

    Nice strike thru. also looks like maybe some lamination on Jeffersons forehead at the hairline?

    Thank you everyone for your feedback! I’m grateful that I’m much better at discerning errors from PMD. I owe a lot of that to the great folks who wrote for websites like www.error-ref.com.
