1996 P Dime. ?mint mark

Seems to be something hiding under the mint mark. It cannot be a RPM I don’t think.

In and around 1992, Hand punch mintmark stopped.
It is more likely that it was caused by push or ejection doubling.

 

It could be die deterioration doubling, as that die looks pretty well worn.
