1996-D Struck Through Half Dollar

I think it is from an uncirculated mint set, found it with a bunch of other mint set halfs from 90s. Has a strange little mark mabye pmd

I have seen marks like this before shown on CoinTalk.
I believe the responses were that it looks like a hit from the edge of another coin. Resembles the reeding on the edge.

 

you do have some nice loomis roller marks

 

ohh, someone told me it could be a bag mark so thats the likelyhood
