1996 D LMC DDR. Not listing in any of CC, VV or Wexler.

I do believe this is a best of variety on this category for this type of error. It is Longer and Clear than any of these errors post on those website. It seem triple to me also.

DDR and DDO are just varieties.

1996.. Could be a plating issue IMHO

Thanks for your infromation paadyman98. These type of DD has been list on these Websites. Here some of the sample of these type of DD from those website. I do not think plating issue.

 

Looks very similar to DDR-011 for this year. But not in the correct position. Possibly a new DDR that you might want to send to Wexler for confirmation.

 

This type of thing is very common on later Memorial cents and not something I would expect to be considered the "Best Of" anything. Of course some examples are more significant than others, but is still fairly minor if viewed in the greater context.
