1995 quarter error

Has anyone heard of or seen a 1995 "D" quarter double faced coin? Both sides have the face and date the same.

Do you know how they are made and the tell tale signs to look for?

 

There are a few ways they are made....and a few signs to look for...one is to look at the rim---you will be able to see a seam around the edge..
