If you are referring to the lines on Abe's jacket, it looks like they could be from an old fingerprint that has stained the cent. Maybe others will have a better idea.
Yep. And there's nothing worse than looking over one of your mint or proof sets and seeing a greasy fingerprint stain on an otherwise nice coin. I know they're not supposed to be handling any coins bare handed, but the evidence is overwhelming.
