1995 Penny Slight double or DDD?

    I found this looking through some pennies. Its a 1995 Penny and it looks like slight doubling on the LIB and very slight on the bottom of the E in liberty. The rest of the coin looks fine IMO. It looks like its gradual, meaning the L shows the most and the E shows the least as if the Die wobbled a little. I'm thinking it nothing but wanted to check with the pros. Thanks In Advance.

    OK I stand corrected, Thank You for the article but still the coin looks different in that area than any other 1995 I have looked at. It looks like a slight doubling of the LIB specifically. Is this just die deterioration?
