1995 P 10c Die Clash???

Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

Picked this one out of a group because what caught my eye was that it looked like there's a clash? It looks like the reverse was weakly struck, rotated about 45 degrees, and then fully struck? Added to the top of the highest oak leaf it looks like the far left olive leaf is struck there too. There are other ridges and lines on the reverse that I try to place, but the puzzle is missing some pieces. I don't see much of anything on the obverse except for major wear & tear, but maybe I'm missing something there?

    What do you all see???

Looks like one of your detector finds? I tried to dismiss that as one of the options with the added features. Not giving up on it just yet.
