    No. That doubling is from the plating, it doesn't take the strike that well, you see that a lot on these plated cents..

    DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling... Worthless Doubling

    No Mint Mark means it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint
    Not the Denver, not the San Francisco, and not the West point Mint
