1995 Lincoln DDO

I was looking through my normal half dozen rolls of cents last Friday and I came across this little gem. A 1995 DDO. I doesn't show up as much as some I have seen. Id doesn't have much wear, there is a little luster lefton the obverse and about half left on the reverse but the letters look compromised, I'm not sure if its a weak strike or wear. I tend to think the strike is a bit weak, andway her he is.
What do you think?

thanks guys, I was exited to find it. I'm usually not lucky enough to find anything good. I found an '83 DDR last year, now I just need to find an '84 doubled ear and a '99 wide AM!
