1995 Lincoln cent, look the date and LLBERTY WORD

I think I have a 1995 penny lincoln which does not have the letter I and two LLs in the word LIBERTY. Also the date is a double die observed. What do you think about it?

I think that coin is beyond damaged.
The "I" in Liberty looks like either a die chip or a plating blister. As for the date, I can't tell from your pictures but I highly doubt it is doubling. More likely due to the poor state of the coin.
