Is this an error? This is a 1995 P cent and it is not the doubled die that everyone looks for. Something looks like it was stamped on the "R" in Liberty. There is a dark carbon spot, but there is definitely something there. Maybe a dime chip? What do you think?
Could be a die chip.. could be from the damage at the bottom of the R as well. Moved Metal perhaps. can the area be lifted with a toothpick?
