1995 lincoln cent doubling?

I wanted some more opinions on this 1995 penny i came across while coin roll hunting.
several of the letters and the date exhibit doubling. I believe that it is mechanical doubling. give me your opinions.

Thanks for posting those photos! I found a doubled die 1995 and it is very obvious when you find it (at least what I found). It will jump right out at you under magnification. Good luck and keep hunting those '95's!
