1995 D question

    so i found in my cherry picker that a 1995 D is known for double dies so ive started looking for them in that date. well i found a 1995 D thats not double die but the top tips of the TRU on obverse are raised alittle. would anyone know such?

    P.S. sory but as of right now i have no way to post pictures of my collections

    Sounds like either just die wear, or machine doubling, but I could be wrong.
