1995 D off Center Coin

    I found this coin in the stash of pennies my dad had being collecting for many years. I need your opinion. is the coin in the picture considered an off center coin. your feed back will be appreciated. I posted both reverse and obverse of the coin.

    Slight misaligned Die. wont even qualify really, MAD is what its called. Keep looking.

    Personally, I don't even see the misalignment.
    A coin has to be off center on both sides to be considered off center.

    The obverse has slight misalignment, but it wont qualify for an error. its worth 1 cent.
