I know I've seen postings on these but not being a error collector ask for input. TY found in change, weighs 2.47 grams and thought was painted but looked deeper and silver is throughout 1995 d errors.png 1995 d error.png liberty, Lincoln, pillars etc.?

This coin is damaged. It is silver inside because the coin is copper-plated zinc.

As said above. The silver look is not silver, it is zinc. Something in its environment removed the thin copper plating. This is basically road kill.

Spooning will loosen the plating to the point it will flake off.

As stated, you have a damaged edge copper plated zinc planchet Cents

Not a mint error by any stretch of the imagination. It’s a zinc cent with the copper coating removed.
