1995-D Double Die Obverse ???

    Ive only had my cherrypickers book for a little over a week now..... but whats your thoughts on this coin I found.     DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling (incused).. Common in Copper Plated Zinc Cents
    Nothing to do with true Hub Doubling

    Not a Doubled Die
