Need a little clearer picture to tell. One place you should look is the copper coins site. http://www.coppercoins.com/index.php Put in the date and mint and you can see detailed pictures with the markers for each one. Also you would be better off to post questions about errors in the error forum, you will get a lot more answers. Welcome to the world of Error Collecting, they are out there and You can find them.
