1995 cent error or PMD?

    PMD would show zinc wouldn't it?

    True.. Probably occured before it was plated then struck. So some kind of Zinc Planchet anomaly.
    Just a guess.. :wideyed:

    I also see the "S" anomaly. My opinion is pre-mint error and PMD.
