    In that condition, I would say no..go a head a spend it. But some folks might still well pay you $3 for it.

    hety now... $3 is still a premium :) dont spend it lol if you dont want to keep it, TheNoost loves collecting the $2 notes, and i need several to fill my complete set as well :)
