20 Year re-audit & Updated for the 1995 $1 Fort Worth Small Back Plate “295” Error! Your help is requested in order to update and correct the current data for the 1995 $1 Fort Worth Small Back Plate “295” error notes by Block & Face Plate serial numbers. I concluded my tabulations on 31 December of 2007 and have made no changes since then. I am using my collection’s MS Office excel spreadsheet for the basis. I also have created a link (below) to this document so that it can be reviewed.
