Finally found a major trail die tonight. (That title should have read 1DER instead of 0DER)

Nice! I wish I had looked for these when I was searching my "hoard" last year.

 

I feel you. The first major hoard that I searched, which included all of my Wheats, I was only looking for Cherry Picker varieties. If I only knew then what I know now! Who knows what kind of goodies I missed.

 

Man, I wish I had also. I have been dumping the Zincolns like no tomorrow. lol Only been pulling known varieties. I actually thought the trails were MD . Go figure ?

Lucky I hoard the copper, but it will take longer than my remaining years to search them I think.

I guess I better start looking at these closer. I'm certain I've tossed many trail die cents into the junk pile.

 

Well many people have , their so quick to think there some other kind of minor errors.I save everything. To be honest with you,I didnt even know what it was ,I saved it because it looked weird to me.Im checking over all my weird coins.I have found some goodies in that pile of weirdoes..lol:hail:
