Hey everybody. I found this quarter while going through a roll. There seems to be an error on the eagles break. I've posted 2 pictures to show difference. Any info appreciated as usual.
There are 3 different reverse types for Washington Quarters. I can't see what you have as the DOLLAR of the quarter on the left is obscured by some type of substance or is damaged. http://www.error-ref.com/transitional-reverse-1964-d-quarter/ Also, I'm not a Washington quarter expert and don't know if the 1994 was struck with all three reverse types.
