1994 P Washington Quarter - DDO or Machine Doubling??

    Hi guys,

    I have this 1994 P Washington Quarter and see that the letters are really thick in the words "LIBERTY", the letters "IN" and "T" in the words In God We Trust, and also in the "1" in the date. Is this a doubled die or machine doubling?

    Based on my newfound knowledge of doubling I'm going to (newbie) vote for Die Deterioration Doubling. :) The 1 has doubling on either side of it and I'm seeing the start of radial lines next to it and next to the 'IN'. The 'IN' is definitely looking a little mushy, too.

    @Rosalita ...is it listed on Variety Vista or Wexler?…check there and get back to us...it looks like it may be an “extra-thickness” variety...jmho...Spark
