1994 Lincoln Cent Reverse Error?

    Whats going on with the E PLURIBIS UNUM on this Lincoln cent? The letters under
    E PLURIBIS UNUM are all incuse.

    It depends if you are a weirdo like me that is trying to complete as much of that enormous "error/variety checklist" as possible. If I didn't have an example of this type of DDD, I'd keep it. It's a nice example. If your trying to make money, I'd say no. It shouldn't carry a premium.
