I tried looking this up on Coneca and came up zilch. Washington has doubling on the ear, the nostril, and on the chin just below the lower lip. The date also appears to have some mild doubling and the motto... looks a little weird... has doubling that is mushy(?) I am pretty sure that this is not machine doubling. Does anyone have any other reference that I could check out besides CPG? Sorry that I don't have any pics to share. I still need to get out and pick up a camera.
I'm aware of no '94-D DDO. It might be eroded die doubling. This can only appear on fairly worn dies and often the degree of doubling is quite variable from one feature to another nearby one.
