Hi I was wondering if anyone here could give an idea of what kind of error this is, I have searched around but have not found anything like it. It is a 1994-p Lincoln cent with some doubling on nose down to chin no doubling on igwt or liberty nor any on rev but as you see there is something on the 99 which under a 20X loop it look's like another date when holding a certain way I just couldn't get most of it with the camera I have. I would appreciate any insight.

This is an insufficient photo. Although, from what I can see, it looks like machine doubling.

I noticed that as well, but I was unsure if that was part of his initial question...? Guito, is that what you were refering to? The little extra metal (die chip) in the loop of the second '9'?

maybe it's a die chip w/ some detoriation, mixed in with a little MD..OP has to provide more and better photos

I suspect gas bubbles or corrosion.. Of course better pictures would help..
