1993p cent reverse... what caused this?

    No such thing as ordinary...looks like zinc rot to me.

    To me just looks like damage not zinc rot. but maybe just early rotting.

    Yes, I think it got chewed on something. Machinery, something. And the break
    will give the zinc rot a chance to start and spread.
