I bought a 90 $ silver 1993 SMS proof quarter, and noticed it wasn't a regular quarter. It has a extreme cameo, and I paid 4 bucks a month or so ago. (great deal) but I was wondering since its an ultra cameo does it raise its value, and if so by how much?
Pretty much all of the '93-S quarters are going to be Deep Cameo, so no, that would not raise its value.
