Not sure what any of this is. Looks like a MD rim all the way around the obverse, With maybe a couple die chips. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
A very, very minor MAD, imo, and a couple of hits (not struck thru's. in my opinion, from the photos)
What would cause the "secondary" inner rim? from lack of terminology. The area between the devises are raised.
I'm sorry, But I'm not seeing a MAD, If it were the rim would be smaller or none existent on one side pole of this coin. As I said everything is symmetrical!

The areas in question are between the red arrows and the raised above the field areas between the yellow arrows!
red arrows ? yellow arrows left looks like a hit damage from circulation, yellow arrows right looks like a die crack (line).
