It's not a zero, it's another learning experience. The challenge is what keeps us collectors interested right?
Think of the plating blister as a sort of bubble in the outer plating layer that popped. That's why it's got that round shape. (And yes, it definitely does look like a zero. But that's purely coincidental.)
