    Post the whole coin obverse and reverse. Two pictures.

    vise job the edge lettering is recessed into the coin..
    if it was 2 strikes it would look the same not one recessed and one raised imho.
    edit ... and it's not even the same lettering that is on the dime it starts with an "O"

    The lettering is included and backwards and that indicates a vise job. It's damaged.
