Like @paddyman98 and @Treashunt said it is damaged. Looks like it could be a dryer coin. Tumbling between the drum and outside wall. Fatter letters are just damage as well. Looks like most of the obverse has been slightly flattened (which could also support a dryer coin). Regardless of how it was damaged, it's only worth face value
Looks like a dryer coin that wasn't in the dryer very long. Just long enough to get the process started.
I don't think it's a dryer or damaged coin. It has where the rim was smashed between the other rim. I'll try to post better pic. The letters are shaped odd and bigger. That wouldn't happen if it was in a dryer. nd the date as well as the mint mark. It's the whole penny front and back
Regardless if it's a dryer coin or not, there are many, many, many ways for a coin to become damaged. Your coin DID NOT leave the mint like that. It suffered some type of PMD
View attachment 864660 View attachment 864660 I guess I'll try to get zoomed In pic. That show what i mean. How. Uniform .And shape of all the letters and date they are all shaped odd. Front and back and so I don't know how someone could damage the coin and get all of the letters which are below the rim to be identically shaped in uniformly different I'm pretty new to this and I'm just trying to understand the process but to me that seems like it would have to be a mentor are in order for all of the letters and date and mint marks jual be shaped weird and look weird like they were triple-triple stamps or something I'll get some zoomed in pictures that show up better I just trying to learn more about this thank you for all your input I appreciate it trying to tell me.
