1993/99 Canadian pennies multiple dots

    Hi I'm not sure if these are accidental or purposely done but they are there some small there is a larger one on one of the pics 1993 under A in Canada between NA and beside 3 also a few more 99 there are a few Queens neck as well as a small and large under Canada A andbetween GGI in Regina

    Maybe small Die Chips.. the 1999 had a mintage of only 1,089,625,000 :wideyed:

    The dots are, by and large, not die chips. It's a lousy website, full of odd terminology and misidentified errors. For example, their "die cap" is an example of post-strike alteration.
