Would this be an example of die deterioration doubling? There is doubling of IBERTY on the obverse, ERICA on the reverse and doubling of the date. The doubling appears stronger in hand but I did what I could with the images (my setup consists of a lamp, my phone and a loupe). There also appears to be lamination issues running horizontally through ONE CENT. Just trying to improve my error identification skills. Thanks!
