    Can anybody help in determining if this is DDO or something else?

    Thank you in advance

    Well, just on a joking note, I would need to see the obverse to help determine if it was a DDO. I think you want to know if this is a DDR, right?

    DDO = Doubled Die Obverse
    DDR = Doubled Die Reverse

    All I can see is split plate doubling. Not an error. Not a variety. No premium.

    I know of 3 types of 1992D DDR varieties. One has wavy steps; another exhibits doubling of the columns in bays 9 and 10; and the third shows notching of the letters ONE CENT and the RI in AMERICA.

    I cannot tell from the pic, but does yours have any of these qualities?

    Thank you guys for the quick response. This is the first time I heard of split plate doubling. I learn something new everyday. Next time I'll make sure I get my DDO and my DDR right. Thank you

    Just joking about the terms. I still get terms mixed up. Thanks for the thread.

    I think you have both split plate and machine doubling. The multiple ( looks like triple) machine doubling appearance along with the plate splitting during it revealing the zinc layer ( coloration) then exposed.
