1992D double die penny and a 1980P Dime with a blob

i posted this in the "how much is it worth" to see what its worth but im interested on some information on why these coins are this way, and how rare they are..

the penny i think is a double die, but im not sure the 1992 and D are doubled also the LIBERTY is doubled on the front. on the back it appears some letters are missing.


on the dime theres a big blob... thats all i know lol
