1992D "Close AM" or nuts?

    I dunno, man. This coin has the "AM" much closer than most circulated coins, but the reference pics show them touching. I guess the question is, "How close is close?"

    sorry, does not look like one to me. "close AM" coins have the letters just about touching at the base. There is a visible gap on that coin.

    Im not the expert here, just my opinion. Would be curious to see what the pros think.

    The M is evenly spaced between the A & E.....wide AM.

    Trust me, the 1992-D is a lottery find, the Philly minted piece is ten times worse. I've gone through thousands of dollars in cents without one yet. A CAM will POP up when you least expect it and its easy to see without the use of a magnifier.
