1992 Washington Quarter missing mint mark?

    Minted in Philadelphia. Grease filled die didn't allow the P mint mark to form.
    The circulation hits also could be a factor in the missing mint mark.

    Thank you for the full image photos.
    To me, it appears to be damage to the area the MM was, so I would say PMD, not missing MM
