I would say $5-10 depending on how it grades.

Granted it would be PCGS slabbed, but PCGS list MS-70 price as $220.

Just saying that if it were slabbed as perfect PCGS puts the value at $220. Not saying this one is perfect, just quoting PCGS value for a perfect one.

You told the OP that if perfect $2-3. I was just pointing out the value if it slabbed perfect. Not saying it is or isn't anywhere near MS-70.

All right what I mean is perfect for raw coin in a 2x2.

All right what I mean is perfect for raw coin in a 2x2. A no problem coin. From the look it does not seem particularly choice. It may have dust or contact marks form being handled raw a kept this way. Whoever stapled it did not seem to care much as it is a crappy job. These coins are very fragil when removed from proof sets and often do not even come choice when in them. That said it is a common coin and raw has very little value to begin with.
To even mention it in the same breath as a PCGS PR-70 is a pipe dream stretch that I cannot grasp.
So the coin is worth between $2 or $3 or $220, which one do you think it will be close to?

Ahhh....when you said perfect, I thought you literally meant MS-70 perfect.
